Description

The beginnings. The company was founded in 1846 in Benevento, when the founder Antonio Rummo built the first mill for grinding wheat. Here he produced fresh pasta with durum wheat semolina from the nearby Capitanata. In 1860 the Rummo owned mills were two and located along the Calore and Sabato rivers.
