Chifferi Rigati owes their name to the German “Kipfel”, a typical Austrian sweet of which it follows the shape, widespread in the Grand Duchy of Tuscany at the time of Maria Luigia of Austria.

Chifferi Rigati – Thanks to the double opening and the distinctive stripes, they are able to mix even the most liquid and elusive sauces, capturing all the seasoning.
The Chifferi Rigati are simply excellent with tomato sauce, but can also be enjoyed very well with beef or pork or vegetable sauces.
They also lend themselves well to all legume-based preparations.
