Description
This is a dairy product but does not need refrigeration until opened, due to its processing. A staple in all Italian kitchens, it is cream base you can add to sauces without the need for long cooking times – or it can be added at room temperature to fresh fruits. Essential for authentic carbonara this is perhaps even better than fresh cream as it is designed especially for pasta dishes.
